Team Gateway Checklist

The Team Gateway Checklist documents the before-merge gates that protect a shared Ruflo deployment when multiple humans (and their agents) push to the same repo:

• Dual-mode handoff between Claude Code and Codex sessions
• Memory namespace sharing so agents on different branches don't trample each other
• A witness manifest entry per merge so verification remains meaningful
